Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our Hospital & Health Care team. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to patients in need. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their daily living activities and ensure their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
Provide assistance with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist patients with mobility, transferring, and positioning
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals
Assist with feeding and meal preparation
Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker program
Valid certification as a PSW
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
