Costumer Service Agent Required

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Agent to join our team as an Order Taker. This pivotal role is integral to our operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient order processing. As the primary point of contact, you will uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service while managing orders and inquiries with precision.
Key Requirements:
1. Proficient with computer systems and software, you will utilize these tools extensively to facilitate order management and general administrative tasks. Competence in operating a multi-line telephone system is essential.
2. In this fast-paced, client-facing environment, strong organizational skills are crucial. You must excel in planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking to meet deadlines and maintain service standards. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, enabling you to handle inquiries effectively and manage fluctuating volumes efficiently.
3. As the face of our company to clients, you will rely on your excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and basic numeracy skills are required to provide comprehensive customer support and handle accounts receivable responsibilities effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer orders via phone with accuracy and speed, entering them into our software system.
• Serve as a key member of our corporate team, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
• Support accounts receivable processes by collecting payments, managing mail, and processing credit card orders.
• Prepare daily activity reports for Operations Manager review.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and paperwork, ensuring all documents are properly filed and organized.
• Manage storage of driver files in designated storage areas.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
