This is brand new BUT damaged island (see pics). Damaged front right corner of the base from drop but can probably be repaired with a wood filler. Please also note that stools and the marble top is not included but can probably be purchased independently or replaced with a crafted butcher block style counter top. Measures: H-36” W-48 “ D-28”
