We have butcher lambs for sale to be ready for fall 2024 butcher. My husband and I are licensed for on farm slaughter. We market our butcher lambs to sell to customers as a whole lamb, then we give options on what cuts you would like your lamb done, and package sizes. Our lambs are pasture raised, no additives. We are a small, family run, farm to table setup. As an on farm slaughter operation all meat is uninspected.
