Partex Design Build has been in business since 1981 and enjoys a five-star rating across the entire GTA. Our average project size is $400,000 for second floor additions, third floor additions, major renovations and interior renovations of commercial spaces. We will be discussing sliding scale commission that it starts at 3% for the larger jobs and increases appropriately for the smaller jobs. The territory extends for the entire GTA. Our working area is from the Don Valley Parkway West to Burlington and North to Caledon. This target population is over 8 million people. You will be provided with literature, cards, website, client testimonial videos, question and answer videos for homeowners seeking home improvements and other items that we may agree upon in our discussions.

If you are comfortable with half million dollar sales projects and 1 month sales cycles, with a background in construction, architecture, sales then we should definitely talk.
