2007 31' rockwood signature ultra lite, half ton towable. Fridge, water heater, furnace, a/c, stove top all work, not sure about oven because we never tried to use it. Has an attached barbecue on the side of camper. Couch was replaced with a futon. 30 Amp, lots of storage inside and out. One large slide out. Owned for 4 years and never had any roof leaks etc. Very nice starter camper or couple camper. Was at a seasonal site last 3 years.

The bad:
-cracked laminate on table(as seem in pic)
- two soft spots in the floor, not from water just slight delamination, typical of an older trailer.
-awning has a few small holes and one arm is cracked but still rolls up and down.
- tank sensors not working(didn't use because it was at a seasonal
