We have a room coming available on July 15th in our home . We living a short walk to southland mall . The room has a full size bed, dresser, TV, c omputer table & chair along with a small fridge. Rent also includes wifi, streaming
TV, and all the utilities, along with doing the floors and changing the bedding and laundry once a week. Must be able to do stairs as all the bedrooms are upstairs no basement living. There is no smoking of any type allowed in the home and no substance useage allowed on the property. Preference will be given to employed/senior/ student males.
