Selling our 2005 E350 Mini-Bus/Van. Bus has a 6.0L diesel engine and automatic transmission. We originally bought this van over 2 years ago with intentions to fully camperize it, but it ended up being a glorified “storage container on wheels”! Now we just don't have the time or interest. We have no history on the unit at all. We have performed a fair bit of work to get it in to good mechanical condition (see below). Van measures 20.5' in total length and 6'2” in interior standing height. Cargo space inside is approximately 12' in length. Most of the seats had been removed already, but does have 4 “swing away” seats in the front 2 positions on both sides (6 spots in total).

Work performed since buying the van/bus:

- New front brake pads & rotors.
- New rear brake pads & rotors.
- New rear brake calipers.
- New brake master cylinder.
- New ABS control unit
- New front park brake cable.
- Wheel bearing repack and front seals replaced.
- New muffler.
- New windshield installed.
- New headlight.
- New air filter.
- New front sway bar bushings.
- All underhood fluids, serpentine belt, air filter, etc are all good.
- Passenger side power door operates good.

Other notes/concerns we know about:

- Body does have some rust here and there (see photos - can send additional).
- Hood doesn't fit perfect on passenger side fender (may require adjustment?).
- Intermittent “check engine light”.
- Minor oil seepage rear of engine area - unsure of cause, but may just be oil filter housing o-rings?
- Tire vibration at certain speeds - possible wheel balance concern, or maybe just from sitting for extended period of time.
- Could likely use an oil change and fuel filter replacement at some point (from sitting).

Van is in decent/average condition - in alignment with what I would expect from a van/bus this year. These mini-buses are typically difficult to find - as they make a great economical alternative to a Sprinter van and are commonly camperized, or used for work/cargo vehicles for businesses.
