Organize trades within scope of work
Contact suppliers and sub-contractors
Work with building inspectors and tradesmen
Issue PO's for building materials
Must have reliable means of transportation to work sites
On site work in site trailer min 3 days per week, other work can be done from home.
Salaried position, with paid holidays, gas allowance, company phone and iPad provided.
Work site hours M-F 0730-1530
