We are seeking a versatile maintenance person for a long-term role with flexible hours. While this position is part-time, full-time hours may be available based on your skillset. The work location is in Petersburg, close to Trussler and Highland Road in Kitchener.

Maintenance Activities:
• Yard maintenance, including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and minimal flower bed care.
• Snow removal and salting during winter.
• Experience operating basic yard maintenance equipment such as riding lawnmowers, snow blowers, trimmers, and chainsaws.
• Regular equipment maintenance, including oil changes, chassis greasing, and blade sharpening (repairs performed by others).
• General facility maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, taps, and door handles.
• Ability to assess common issues and coordinate repairs with existing contractors.
• Running errands, including picking up various supplies.

Storage Business Activities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of a vehicle storage facility.
• Handle calls and appointments for vehicle storage or removal.
• Collect funds from customers and maintain documentation.
• Assist customers with storing and retrieving their vehicles.
This position is open to both full-time and part-time hours. Applicants must possess a valid G license and have their own vehicle. During peak season (June to October), part-time hours would typically be around 20 hours per week. We are looking for reliable candidates committed to a long-term position, with the flexibility to set their own hours to align with their lifestyle.
