i have roughly 16 acres in 2 pieces with fencing started but land not seeded just prairie grasses i am looking at renting out both pieces together as either hay or pasture to be discussed in person all the supplies needed for fencing i already have if your willing to finish the fencing in trade for rent it can be discussed hoping to mage a semi long term agreement equipment for haying is also available to be included in the agreement
