This is a vintage work ‘trolley' or hand truck dolly with solid steel wheels. Could have been seen at railway stations, farms and Brewery, anywhere where there is work and cargo to be moved..
There is no company marking on it but it would make for an interesting conversation ‘piece.as the poor photos show.'
