Selling our 2012 Starcraft Autumn Ridge 256BHS Trailer!

This trailer has spent most of it's life permanently parked at a seasonal site. That means it doesn't have wind damage, the underbelly is great, it's plumbing and tanks are in perfect working condition, and it doesn't have all those dents and bangs from park-by-feel.

It sleeps 8 humans with the option of extra fur babies (although it never did for us). That's 1 Queen bed, a double-couch, double dinette, and 2 bunk-beds.
Our kids are now bigger, heavier, and smellier and the double bunks are just too small for full size teenagers at this point.

AC and heat works great, AC comes from a full vented intake/outtake ceiling unit with vents front to rear, and heat is gas with in-floor heating vents front to rear. It's a 4-season fully insulated trailer so it can be used anytime of the year.

Water heater is both electric and gas, it has electric leveling jacks, 16' electric awning, 2 30lbs propane tanks, and tons and tons of storage inside and out.

This unit has one very large power slide-out which was only used 2x per year (another reason it works so well).

No leaks, no water damage, and this is an aluminum exterior, so none of this fiberglass which gets delaminated.

Roof is solid, feel free to come walk all over it. RV toothpaste has been added every other year.

Plumbing lines were recently changed, not because of damage or an issue, but because it was not colour coded or run as efficiently as it should have been.

Stereo with speakers inside, outside, and a TV in the main living room. There is a hookup for a smaller TV located in the "master" bedroom.

I've uploaded the spec sheet, and am happy to answer any questions you may have. Note, while the inside is extremely clean and tidy, the outside has been pressure washed since the photo's were taken.

The trailer has been moved from our seasonal site at NET Campground in Vineland and is currently located in Welland at my shop, Angle Automotive.

This trailer has tons of life left and is waiting for a new family and a new set of adventures.
