We're looking for an experienced full-time kitchen team member with a creative mindset and a love of food. The chosen candidate will be working evenings and have (or be willing to get) their Food Handlers Certificate. We offer a fast-paced, but relaxed environment, with a heavy focus on teaching and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepares a variety of proteins, vegetables and other food items for cooking
•Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
•Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
•Handles, stores and rotates all products properly
•Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
•Closes the kitchen, following the closing checklist for kitchen stations
•Performs other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef
•Complies with standards of the Ontario Health and Safety codes


Hourly wage is competitive with industry standard. We offer an above-average tip out with a well-earned meal beer on the house after each shift.
