I am a single white-collared male from India, a non-smoker, non-drinker with clean habits, working in the IT-computer software field.

I have rented on lease, a 2-bed/2-bath 1 den furnished condo apartment in Thornhill (Markham), close to Highway 7 and Times Avenue (or Highway 7 and Leslie St; or Leslie St and Commerce Valley Dr). It is a large, spacious, beautiful house, too good to refuse! It is close to the Valleymede Viva bus stop, somewhat close to Richmond Hill Center. It is about 10 minutes walk to businesses such as AMD Semiconductors, AT&T, CGI, Generali Global Health Services, Everlink, Lexmark, CAA, Qualcomm, AECOM, etc. at the intersection of Commerce Valley Dr. and Leslie St. It has banks such as TD, Scotia, CIBC, and BMO in the vicinity. The room is available from July 1.

I need one person (male only) to take the guest room, i.e. separate bedroom and private detached bathroom (both exclusive for you), while I'll use the master bedroom with attached bathroom plus the den.

You will be a tenant, not on lease, but as a guest on long term. You will need to provide a valid ID and employment documents. (The landlord has given me permission to add a guest on a non-lease option)

For whom is this guest-room ideally suited, and what is its size ?

- A white-collared male worker, looking to stay in a comfortable place for about 10 months.

- I would say it is a middle-sized room, neither too small nor too large.

The rent for this guest-room is $ 1150, with internet and hydro to be shared. I have a landline phone too, optionally it can be shared, without any additional cost.

Any maintenance such as servicing of the washing machine or the dishwasher, or monthly room cleaning, etc. will be on borne by me only, you will NOT need to pay anything apart from the rent, internet, and hydro.

I am looking for a single white-collared male. (I am not looking for more than one person to share the guest-room). I am okay with anyone, as far as he has clean habits (non-smoking and non-drinking).
