The 2 female will be sharing the bathroom and shower on the second floor. No overnight guest as a respect and courtesy to others. You are more than welcome to enjoy the oasis backyard as well. However, the hot tub and gas BBQ aren't included
5G internet and Fibe TV internet is included in the rent. Light cooking please. Laundry is permitted to once a week.
