Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to join our dynamic landscape team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks including planting, softscapes and hardscape installations. If you have a love for the outdoors and take pride in your craftsmanship, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscape Installation:
Perform install of handscapes; paver patios, pergolas, retaining walls, etc.
Install and maintain sod, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, etc.
Project Execution:
Follow project plans and landscape designs to ensure precise execution of tasks.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
Provide professional and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction..
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
Knowledge of plant care, hardscape installation, and landscape maintenance techniques.
Ability to operate landscape machinery and power tools safely.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation..
