**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and demonstrate proficiency in using power tools. Knowledge of construction practices including drywall, roofing, and working with lumber is essential. The ability to read a tape measure accurately is required.

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform various construction tasks such as framing, roofing, and drywall, some carpentry would be an asset.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Work weekends and be flexible with scheduling based on weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
