There are a total of 3 people in the basement living other than you if you decide to move in. Fridge is shared. Laundry machines are paid and are present in the basement, time for washing and drying can be selected through an app and you will be charged accordingly (for example 2.00 for wash and 2.00 for drying, 50 minutes each). Cleaning and garbage duties can be discussed with other tenants.
