Looking to hire - General Maintenance Person to manage upkeep of rental properties
Full time position - truck and tools provided
Clean driving record required
Clear criminal record check required

Our ideal candidate would have the following skills:
Good time management
Carpentry skills (install flooring and baseboard - know how to build decks )
Basic plumbing skills (replacing taps, installing dish washers)
Basic electrical skills (putting up light fixtures)
Self motivated and need to be self reliant with no supervision
Good communication skills - need to be able to deal with different personality types
Strong work ethic
