A inspection was done on Thursday by a certified RV dealer. Main things found, rear slide outer corner has some soft wall panel and mold spores under cushion. That corner of slide roof is also a bit soft. Rear doorside corner has some soft panelling on rear wall. Hot water heater exaust does not line up with door. Gas system must be checked. Sealants need done. Front power jack doesn't run and slide floor at front side deteriated a bit. Awning fabric is starting to crack near trailer. Other minor things but that is bulk of main stuff.
