Shark floor steamer, works very well on all floors.
Has 4 pads attached, 2 have not been used. The used ones have been machine washed but a little grey.
Also one filler container.
The plug for the water well is missing but I just plugged it with a small rag.
Works perfectly.
Handle was pushed too hard and weakened so there is duct tape on it but it does not affect the performance if this machine. . It is very sturdy
