☆ Looking for a student who will stay between JULY 1ST~AUGUST 19TH ☆
(I am flexible with the dates, if you ONLY stay for 1 MONTH or longer)

Hi, I am going to be entering in as a Korean exchange student to HEC Montreal for the Fall term. I got a room from GetYourPlace (apartment Teodoro 2 Room 3). The place's lease starts in July, but I will be arriving in Montreal in late August. So, I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment before August 19th.

- It's $889 per month (Regardless of the number of days, you only have to pay ONE MONTH's rent! I'll pay the rent exceeding one month. Even you stay until August 19, you only have to pay for July's rent.)
- You will be signing a contract with GetYourPlace (Also, pay your rent and deposit to GetYourPlace)
- The room's location is close to HEC Montreal and the grocery store.
- The room's size is 18m^2 and has window and a bed (no bedding).
- In the entire apartment, there are four rooms and one bathroom in the apartment.
