I have 1 bedroom left for rent in a 4 bedrooms house (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs) that comes with laundry, and a mini-chest freezer for the tenants use. It also includes all utilities, fridge, stove, microwave and WiFi fiber-op internet.

1 parking spot is available. Parking is confirmed by giving the landlord the car information (colour, model, licence plate). Note that the driveway is shared with the neighbour as depicted on google. 

Backyard is fenced. 

The Rooms and House come with basic furnishing only as depicted in the photos.

The available room is upstairs that shares a bathroom with the 2 other upstairs rooms and is priced at 600 p/m.

Proof of active tenant insurance that is in good standing for each lease is required prior to moving in (usually extended from the guarantor's residence). 

If you are interested, it will be a lease from July 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025. Each lease will need a Guarantor with their information (name, address, email, phone number and copy of their license as proof). This is required prior to moving in.

To confirm your unit first month, last month, and a one time cleaning fee of $200 (non-refundable) is required.
