4000kW Onan generator has about 100 hrs. It has fresh oil but carb needs to be cleaned.
The fuel station has fuel with stabilizer added.
The dryer utilizes the upper garage vent and the bed support for the vent line. Ther was a previous leak at the front left corner 4 years that the RV Dealer said would cost around $5000 to repair and this sale price reflects this.
