Job Title: RESTAURANT MANAGER
Nature of Employment: Permanent Full-Time Position
Salary: $22.00 per hour for 37.5 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant or cafeteria for providing food and beverage service
• Design attractive menus and services to be offered as well as implement related operational procedures
• Oversee hiring and training of new staff
• Setup work schedules for staff and monitor their performance
• Keep updated records of daily restaurant financials, control inventory, and modify procedures as needed
• Respond efficiently to inquiries or complaints of customers & Staff and resolve them
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant
• Negotiate arrangements with order and suppliers for the preparation of food and beverages in the restaurant

Education: College/ CEGEP

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
