Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver AZ/DZ to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a dump truck to transport materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all safety protocols. Must be able to drive a standard. Drivers will be home every night and we provide year-round employment.

Responsibilities:
Operate and drive a dump truck to deliver materials such as dirt, gravel, sand/salt, and asphalt to various locations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Load and unload materials, ensuring the load is evenly distributed and secure.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver's License AZ or DZ with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a dump truck or similar heavy vehicle.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to operating a dump truck.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry.
Familiarity with local routes and directions.
Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle maintenance.
