We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Receptionist(s) to join our new medical clinic in North York. The ideal candidate would be fluent in English and Korean and have experience working in a medical office.

Responsibilities include:
- Greet and direct patients in an efficient and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate schedules to accommodate urgent appointments and initial triaging of patients
- Assist with patient check-ins, collect, and update Patient's demographic information and health insurance information, and ensure information in the electronic record is accurate and up-to-date
- Scan appropriate documents into EMR
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Perform general administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, copying, faxing and mailing
- Helping with stocking and cleaning examination rooms/clinic
- May be required to work some short evening hours and/or Saturdays
- Other duties as required

Experience and skills:
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in a medical office
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of clinic front desk operations
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling patient inquiries efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:
- Secondary (High) School Diploma or equivalent required
