I am a 35 year old female with 2 children, ages 12 & 15.
My oldest lives with me full time & my youngest, I share custody with his father.

I am employed full time and have been for over 2 years. I'm also a part time student at NSCC here in Bridgewater.

I am seeking a decent sized 3 bedroom OR spacious 2 bedroom rental in the town of Bridgewater.

I'd love to have a bedroom for all 3 of us but I can work with 2 bedrooms if at least one of the rooms are spacious enough to share!

I'm currently renting in town and have been at my current house for 2 years & 3 months.

My lease is over March 1ST, 2025 and I will not be renewing due to a few reasons, but mainly because we only have 2 tiny bedrooms which does not accomdate my little family.

Although, I'd prefer a rental for March 1ST, I'd sublet my house or work something out with my landlords to leave earlier than that date if the right rental comes along!

Preferences:
3 Bedroom, or LARGE 2 Bedroom
2 Bathrooms
5 appliances- Stove, Fridge. Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer
Would LOVE a two story rental with a rec room or basement area!
Would also love a heat pump or a wood stove!

I'm not too picky about having an outdoor space, a small balcony would be fine!

My youngest goes to Bridgewater high school and my oldest is starting at PVEC in summer so must be directly in town or not far outside of town.

I am very picky about keeping a clean house, so you wouldn't have to worry about me taking care of your home as I would treat it as it was my own!

I do not drink alcohol, take drugs, party smoke, or make noise.
We are a very laid back family!
I take my bills very seriously and would never be late on rent or other bills.
I have a couple great rental references as well as a reference from my employer if needed.

My total monthly income is approx $5000. My income is stable and steady and not going to go anywhere besides up!

Budget- I'd like to find a place for under $2000. Ideally, $1650-1750 but willing to go higher if something is included.

If you have any rentals coming up anytime from September 1ST to March 1ST, please let me know!

I hate leaving things until the last minute so hoping to find a place a month or two before my current lease ends and I can put a deposit down immediately
