Hello! My name is Daniele and I am a 20 year old university student looking for a summer babysitting/nannying position between the months of June to September!
I am a very experienced childcare worker who loves spending time with and caring for children of all ages. I have previously worked in the River East Transcona School Division as a Lighthouse Afterschool Program facilitator, volunteered at a couple home daycares, and have been babysitting since the age of 12 years old.
I am a very responsible but fun loving person who prioritizes children's routines, comfort, safety, and needs. I have efficient cleaning, cooking, food preparation, potty training, diaper changing, and organization skills as well as experience caring for children with mental illness or disabilities (adhering to diverse needs, giving medication, communicating with different levels of competence, etc.).
I have obtained my babysitter certificate, Respect in Schools certificate, a recent criminal record check, a recent child abuse registry check, a valid drivers license and my own car.
I charge $15/hr plus an extra $5/hr for more than 2 children. I live in the North Kildonan area of Winnipeg but have my own car and am able to travel to other areas of the city to provide care for your children. I work 2-3 shifts a week at a restaurant and am therefore unable to provide full time childcare. However, if interested in my services, we can arrange a schedule or set availability.
