It's a 2 bed, 2.5 bath home with a fenced-in backyard and a balcony. The rent also includes all utilities (water, electricity, heat)... NOTE that Internet is NOT included in the rent, it is up to the tenant(s) to get Internet at their own cost.

-100% non-smoking tenants only (no smoking indoor/outdoor)
- pets are welcome :) ..(subject to some conditions)
-first and last months rent paid at the time of signing the lease agreement
-We will be requesting the following documents along with a signed lease agreement: credit checks for each tenant, letter of employment, recent pay stubs, and potentially a reference letter from a previous landlord.
