You would have a renovated, private furnished, living space off of the bedroom that you are welcome to use. There is a newly finished washroom in the basement as well. with a new claw foot tub.
No Pets please.
We do have pets.
Owners are a quiet couple.
The 4.5 acre, acreage is beautiful to walk around. You would be welcome to explore it. There is parking available. Utilities & WIFI are included.

Damage deposit is $375.00 paid July 1st.
Rent is $750.00 per month at the beginning of each month.
Move in date: June 31.
