Job Title: General Contracting Crew Member

Salary:
30 CAD per hour (with car)
25 CAD per hour (base pay)

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and skilled General Contracting Crew Members to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in construction and are dedicated to delivering quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, painting, drywall installation, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and building codes to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in any type of construction work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be eager to learn and have a positive attitude.
