We are looking to hire Servers and Bartenders with the opportunity to grow into Shift Leading and Supervising positions. Experience is a necessity (2 years minimum) and a dedication to the company with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender, server and/or shift leader (2 years minimum)
- Excellent guest service skills and ability to provide a positive guest experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Pro Serve certification a must.
Job Description:
- Provide amazing guest experiences to everyone who enters our building
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Clean and maintain service and guest areas, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages
- Adhere to all relevant licensing regulations and guidelines
