Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of roofing and siding professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor hours

Qualifications:
