Who are We?

Although we are not new to the field, Spear Wellness Centre is a newly operating business made up of a small (and mighty) team of psychotherapists and wellness providers who collectively share the same vision of supporting community members with their mental health and wellness needs using a holistic and client-centred approach.

At Spear Wellness Centre, we strive to provide a compassionate and safe space to individuals along their healing journeys. Collaboration with other like-minded service providers is an integrative part of our philosophy and our core values, as we recognize the importance of working in community and the strength of wrap around services under one roof. We strive to offer a variety wellness services, and healing modalities, to support the unique needs of the clients we serve, as healing is not a one size fits all approach and we all add a different piece to the puzzle! At Spear Wellness Centre, we value having a space that centres around healing the mind, the body, and the spirit and are looking for other wellness providers, who feel in alignment with our goals, to share our space, to take on referrals, and to help us provide the best care for our clients! We create a relaxing and fun environment that welcomes diversity, authenticity, and creativity.

Our Space:

Our centre is located at 4 Cataraqui Street, Unit 101, within the Old Woolen Mill building near downtown Kingston, Ontario. Our space is located on a water-front property, with access to beautiful walking trails, as well as a restaurant and a café within the building (as well as other incredible cafes close by). In addition to the beautiful scenery, there is ample parking available (free) and areas to sit while enjoying some refreshments!
In the space, there are a total of 7 office spaces, a large boardroom with natural lighting from large windows (great for meetings and group work!), a kitchenette, two washrooms (one with shower access), a file/storage site, and a cozy reception area with comfortable seats for your clients as they wait to be greeted. There is exposed brick throughout the building and offices that promotes the heritage feel, as well as within the individual offices!

Who are We Looking For?

We are seeking high-vibrational and motivated professionals within the health and wellness industry who share a similar vision and already have an established business/ practice.

Occupants that would be well-suited for this shared office space are psychotherapists and/or social workers, as well as any other providers who offer wellness services who can match the judgement-free, warm, compassionate, and hard-working energy that Spear Wellness Centre aims to promote.

Rent:

We are asking $60 HST per day; currently this office space is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Weekends.

Provided in this rental price is the furnished office space, your own turn-key entry, a private entrance into the space from the parking area, a beautiful and convenient (as well as highly sought after) location with ample parking, a waiting area for your clients, a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, refreshments available for your clients, a shared washroom within the space, high speed internet, printer/ scanner, access to a large boardroom for meetings and/or groups, air conditioning and heating, a healthy referral network, and a positive and supportive team environment with other professions providing high-quality care!
