Hello I am currently a male student studying at UNB. I am looking for a furnished bedroom to rent that would be very close in terms of walking distance to the UNB campus. my budget is around $650 per month, including all utilities, internet, electricity, water, i will be looking to move into the house/apartment as from September. We will have to schedule a visit before I secure the room. I am open to living with roommates. If possible, I would like to have 2 rooms, one for me and one for a friend but it is not mandatory.
