We are selling our loved 2008 Fleetwood tent trailer Evolution 3 (E3) toy hauler pop up as our family has outgrown it and we are looking to upsize.

Sleeps up to 6 people with 2 king size beds at either end, both mattresses plastic covered, and a dinette that converts to double bed.

Cassette toilet and shower adds a touch of luxury to your camping experience. Shower needs an o-ring and shower curtain clip to mount to the ceiling.

The galley has a 2-burner cooktop, sink, refrigerator, and a slide-out portable dinette table. Lots of storage provided by benches strategically placed throughout the trailer, ensuring you have ample space for all your camping essentials and more. Additional Features include a propane heater, that has not been used in our ownership so we would recommend having inspected. Has stereo system inside that also has outside speakers.

Safety inspection due, has only been on 3 trips since last inspection. Will get inspection if you wish, as we are so confident it will pass. Spare tire on the back. Both tires are brand new with less than 200km driven on them. Rear Electric drum brakes.

Water and propane work throughout the trailer, comes with 2 tanks and battery replaced 2 years ago.

There is some patchwork that could be done on the canvas to protect from leaks but does not interfere with your ability to use it immediately. Slide out wood is solid and has been treated for weather protection.

This model offers the versatility of a toy hauler option up front, allowing you to carry all your extra gear with ease. The railing around unlatch to become 2 ramps to load an ATV, Side-by-side, or bikes. The extra high clearance is great for camping adventures that might take you a little off grid.
