About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee and manage our construction renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on the construction site
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Resolve any issues that may arise on-site
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or Foreman
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and plans
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
