This 12' x 18' awning is electric and works great. Only reason for selling is that we are building a front porch. The material on the front is worn out and can be simply cut off. The bulk of the fabric looks worn but works just fine. You could paint with fabric paint. If you want to recover it, I can give you the name of a contact to do that. If you wanted to put shade over a chicken run - use as is. We are open to offers! Come see it.
