Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our comprehensive training services to various organizations, businesses, individuals, educational institutions, healthcare facilities. The Sales Representative will be crucial in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
o Present and promote our First Aid and CPR training programs to potential customers.
o Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Client Management:
o Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of our training programs.
o Understand client needs and tailor training solutions to meet their requirements.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
