Job Description:
Lube Dash is a mobile oil change and tire service company serving the Halton and Peel Region. We are looking for a skilled Tire & Oil Change Technician to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities include changing oil, other fluids and filters, and mounting and balancing tires both on and off the rim.
Key Responsibilities:
• Change oil and other vehicle fluids.
• Replace filters.
• Mount and balance tires on and off rims.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and inventory stocking.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
• Fast-paced, exciting environment.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently.
• Full body mobility (twisting, turning, bending, and working with hands above head for extended periods).
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience.
• Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
• Knowledge of automotive vehicles.
• Ability to operate equipment such as overhead and floor-mounted oil systems, tire changing and balancing machines, hand tools, and basic mechanical equipment.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends as needed.
• Positive outlook, a "can-do" attitude, and a strong customer service focus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Commission Pay Structure for $20 per job
