I would need some help with the following: 
- 1. Minor Fence Repair (post and joist need strengthening)
- 2. Minor repair to signboard
- 3. Install Garage lift framing
- 4. Shelving for the office 
- 5. Framing for the Laundry Room
- 6. Basement framing (end to end)
- 7. Backyard framing: Overhead Shed at backyard
- 8. Possible: Backyard framing: Install of wood deck framing
- 9. Any other woodwork/ labour work as they come up

Notes: 
- I will buy all the materials and have it ready before work. 
- I prefer hourly work after 4PM at your convenience (Including weekends).  
- For every job, please provide a quote before any work is done 
- I will offer help and support that I am capable of as I work alongside you
