Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior UI/ UX Designer with hands-on experience in Adobe XD / Figma and working knowledge of CSS and HTML5. In this role, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and developers to create intuitive and engaging UI designs.
- Utilize Adobe XD or Figma to design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate user interactions and design concepts.
- Implement designs using CSS to ensure responsive and consistent user experiences across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
- Maintain design consistency by adhering to established style guides and brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.

Requirements:
- You will be provided with a mock to build a UI design to test your abilities - in person only.
- Up to 3 years of experience in UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Figma, including designing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Solid understanding of CSS and experience in coding responsive designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
