Slap Chop Vegetable Food and Herbs Chopper Dicer - Works like a charm. We bought three of these a while back. Thinking if one ever broke we would have back ups. Because we love this machine!! It works so well and saves oodles of time chopping vegetables up tiny and small.
Just cut the peppers, carrots, onions etc into bigger pieces, pop them under the Slap Chop and bang away with your palm on the black plunger type thing on top and each time you chop down or whack the black mushroom to shaped handle on top, it cuts the food pieces smaller and smaller. So you can stop chopping anytime the pieces are your desired size.
Each time the blades come down the Slap Top machine rotates them a quarter turn so that the blades are chopping away at the pieces in different spots each time. Its a pretty genius machine. Simple and works great.

It comes apart easily for cleaning and rinsing and goes back together in a couple seconds.
You will miss it if you have ever had one and lost it.

Its an "As Seen On TV" item. Or Started that way at least.

You can grab this any weekday or weekend during the day or night in Waterloo 6 minutes off the Hwy.#85 North Expressway and the University Ave East exit.
