**JOB INFORMATION**
We are seeking Marketing Associates to join our team. This job is great for students looking to gain relevant experience in sales/marketing. This position involves distributing door hangers in targeted neighbourhoods and following up with door-to-door visits to engage potential customers, present our services, and secure leads. 

This position is great for students looking for part-time summer work. The hours of this position are primarily in the evenings and on the weekends (when everyone is home), making this position a fantastic compliment to a standard full time job. 

No experience in sales is required (however, it is an asset), and full training will be provided. 

**COMPENSATION**
For door hanger delivery, you will be paid 20¢ per door hanger. The average person can deliver 85-100 per hour. ($17-$20/hr).

For door-to-door sales, you will start at $15/hr (depending on experience) $5 for every estimate booked. The average person can secure 1-2 estimates per hour ($20-$25/hr), however, we've seen this climb as high as 3.5 estimates per hour ($32.5/hr).

**HOURS**
As previously mentioned, this is part time work and is done mostly in the evenings and on the weekends. You can expect 9-12 hours a week with 3 hour shifts. Typically 5pm-8pm on weekdays. Weekends vary.
