I am a full cycle, GAAP, bookkeeper extraordinaire / office administrator with over 10 years of experience.
I am able to work in your office or remotely from my own office or just my own office.
-I have experience doing payroll for 100 employees as well as 150 subcontractors.
-Payroll remittance, T4 and WCB
-A/R invoices, statements and collections
-A/P invoices, reconcile to statements with attention to detail
-Bank / Credit card reconciliations
-Multi-company reconciling Due To/From accounts
-Fleet fuel cards
-Fleet CVPs, maintenance
-Benefits administrator
-Federal/Provincial Tax payments
-General Journals including Year End adjusting entries
-GST, PST
-Accountant ready year end, month end
-QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, Word, email, PP,
-Reasonable rates
