I have kept this for years and is my favorite and has to go. This is a professional unit with scrubbing motor underneath. The replacement cost for this is 4500 new. Comes with heavy duty extension cord. It's not a heated unit. Selling for the listed price, however external vac/water hoses, wand are also available for an extra cost of only 200 dollars more. The wand new cost me 400 alone.
