We are looking for summer help to maintain residential building in the downtown area. The successful candidate will gain excellent training and experience in building operations, administration, customer relations, cleaning, yard care and building maintenance. Standard office computer operations is required.

This part time position is perfect for a student returning to school in the fall but could remain on staff for occasional shift through out the school year. This position can be physically demanding and requires excellent time management skills.

Candidate will speak, read and write excellent English, be punctual, maintain a professional appearance and attitude. We have multiple sites and thus a vehicle is required to transfer locations. Trip compensation is provided. This position starts at $19 per hour. The work day can be 3 to 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am to 5pm.
