This sale was not planned. I will be happy to email anyone an attached list of improvements using outside labour and professional help. After spending too much @ $ 17k CA on the initial purchase price an additional $21k CA on the renovations; lest not forget the approximately 15 months, or, at least 1,400 hours of personal labour the new Lady is for sale.
